Patel Dore Valuers Pty Ltd is a consulting valuation firm which has been operating as a registered proprietary company since April 1996. The proprietors and directors of the company are Rodney M. Patel and Michael S. Dore.
Patel Dore Valuers Pty Ltd offers clients a broad spectrum of valuation services ranging from mortgage security valuations, insurance and asset valuations through to Local Government rating valuations and property rationalisation advice.

The company provides independent valuation advice and is not in the business of real estate sales or property management.
Patel Dore Valuers Pty Ltd aim at providing clients with high quality valuation advice that exceeds the guidelines as determined by the Australian Property Institute.
It is company policy to service clients’ needs within a 48 hour period of receiving written instructions. If urgent valuation reports are required we will endeavour to respond within 24 hours of receiving an instruction marked urgent.
Every valuation completed by Patel Dore Valuers Pty Ltd will be undertaken by only qualified valuers who are Associates of the Australian Property Institute and have met the Continuing Professional Development guidelines. We do not employ unqualified valuation staff and insist that the valuer who has inspected the property will be the signatory of the report.
Patel Dore Valuers Pty Ltd have adequate support staff to meet the stringent turn around times required by banks, finance companies other clients in their competitive environment.
We have access to several data bases which provide us with extensive sales evidence to support our conclusions as detailed in our reports. We have access to detailed information in the South, East and South Eastern Suburbs including the Mornington Peninsula suburbs.

Michael S. Dore AAPI
Certified Practising Valuer
Experience- Presently operating as a Director of Patel Dore Valuers Pty Ltd. Currently providing advice to a number of clients including state government departments on sale and acquisition of major assets, Vic Roads for acquisition purposes, State Trustees for the purpose of establishing the reserve price for sale, and a mortgage advice to a number of financial institutions including the Macquarie Bank. Michael is a preferred supplier of valuation services to the Valuer General-Victoria having provided acquisition advice on major development sites in a number of inner eastern suburbs.
Previously consultant valuer to A.J.J. Matheson and Associates undertaking mortgage security and insurance valuations.
Also acted as a consultant valuer to Australian Independent Consultant Valuers undertaking mortgage security, insurance and building progress valuations.
Prior to this Michael was employed as the Deputy City Valuer for the former City of Camberwell undertaking various valuation tasks including rating valuations, property rationalisation, rental determinations for council owned properties, asset valuations and other valuation assignments.

John is a qualified valuer working with Patel Dore Valuers Pty Ltd. In the past 3 years, he has undertaken various valuation tasks including insurance valuations, asset and financial reporting valuations predominantly for Local Government authorities and State Government.
John has extensive experience in providing strategic property advice and valuations for Local Government authorities. Including past and present experience at the City of Melbourne, East Gippland Shire Council, City of Maribynong, City of Boorandara, City of Glen Eira, and The Office of Valuer General in Tasmania.
Prior to this, John was a valuer at Westpac Banking Corporation undertaking a variety of valuations for mortgage purposes.

Previously consultant valuer with WBP Property Group specializing in Family Law Valuations as well as undertaking mortgage security, insurance and progress inspection valuations.
Prior to this Jenni undertook her Estate Agents Representatives Licence and operated as a Sales Rep in the real estate industry for a short period to experience the other side of the industry.
Jenni has gained a broad base of experience prior to this having worked in the Commonwealth Bank Valuation department where she undertook a variety of valuation tasks including residential, commercial and industrial jobs within metropolitan Melbourne as well as rural Victoria.
